Getting a New Year style reboot
Almost 40 women came together yesterday to talk in a serious way about their style.
It was an awesome morning of introspection and connection with a group of women whose age ranged from 35 to 75.
They talked about their fear of showing up fully, the excuses they make to avoid putting energy into their style … all the things that get in the way of committing to themselves.
We met at Breather in downtown DC, off a strange little alley—a beautiful space.

One participant, dressed for the occasion.
Lots of time for discussion and sharing.
“How many of you have clothes you don’t wear hanging in your closet?”
Showing the palette of warm colors.
Leopard print may not be for everyone, but a statement jacket you do love can lead you in a small step toward a style that feels right to you and really expresses who you are.
Trying on a different statement jacket.
“What can I tell you?! I’m partial to bold necklaces!”
We will be repeating this event in the fall, so stay tuned for details. 🙂
