We chose pieces that are primarily the right metal for her coloring, yet have enough of the other color to be versatile. They are gold or close to cold but with a little silver thrown in. (This is the silver version of her earrings.)
We got a fantastic and super-lightweight necklace by Dix Paris. (For the life of me, I can’t find anything about that company online.) This necklace would be similarly versatile.
The pieces are sparkly but not too sparkly, so she can wear them to dress up or dress down.
Bottom line: Great jewelry always instantly uplevels everything. Make sure yours fits your style profile and personal coloring and is recent enough that it looks current and on trend, and you’re good to go.
