Return to blogging
After blogging about fashion and politics in the months of lead-up to the election in the fall, I ran into some technical difficulties involving a computer I don't own. That issue's been resolved, though, and I'm looking forward to blogging again on a regular basis. But I won't be focusing on Sarah Palin any more — thank God! (Even though she appears to be relishing the spotlight even after losing the election — and how about the rumors of her wardrobe still in garbage bags over at the RNC?)
I hope to be focusing more on the style challenges facing real women — women like you and me, with busy lives, maybe some kids, maybe a job. But I'll also keep an eye on Michelle Obama and the other women we'll be reading about in the coming years: Hillary Clinton, Janet Napolitano, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice and others.
Who knows? I may even migrate the whole thing over to the website I'm developing. I've been focusing on buildling my wardrobe consulting and personal shopping business in the past few months, and I'm very excited. Coming soon: Services packaged to be more useful (and a better value) for clients, and maybe even an e-book. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, drop me a line and let me know what you've been doing over the past few months. Did you like Michelle's inauguration day outfits? What about Aretha's hat? I want to hear what's on your mind these days.
It's good to be back!
